I do best on low-carb (avoiding white sugar and flour!) because I don't get such strong cravings. But. I'm sick of it! Sick of eating the same thing all the time. Gotta do something else! Any suggestions?

I'm doing Weight Watchers again. I've tweaked the program a bit this time since I can't stand the new pointsplus program. I also have decided to consume most of my points at supper time. That is my most difficult time of day. If I'm going to binge, it will be in the evening.
Please hold all comments about how unhealthy this practice is. I've already heard it. Besides, I'm down 44 pounds in 4 months.
